1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Items purchased on sale or during special promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.


2. How to Request an Exchange or Return

3. Exchanges

  • Size or Style Changes: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure availability. We will ship the new item once we receive the original one.
  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the product you received is defective or not what you ordered, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and ensure the correct or new item is sent to you as quickly as possible.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14-28 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item or our error.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Intimate items such as undergarments


6. International Returns

For international returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Duties, taxes, and other import fees will not be refunded.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • For refunds, it may take an additional 14-28 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your payment method.
